Deposit and withdrawal methods

Fund your account and take money out using payment methods that UK clients already use every day. All payments are in pounds sterling, we charge nothing for them, and the tables below show the type of method and the usual processing time for each one.

Methods for withdrawing funds

Withdrawals normally go back to the route you used to deposit, because that is both safer and what anti-money laundering rules expect. The name on the receiving account must match the name on your Aureo Flowdex account.

Your own bank or card issuer may apply charges or block payments to cryptoasset-related services. If a card payment fails, a bank transfer or a different card is often the quickest fix, and your personal manager can help.

How a deposit works, step by step

  1. Choose a method

Open "Deposit" in your dashboard and pick a card, wallet or bank transfer. Your first deposit must be at least £200.

  2. Confirm the payment

Approve it with your bank or wallet. For card payments this may mean a code or a fingerprint on your banking app.

  3. Funds arrive

Card and wallet payments normally show at once. Bank transfers appear within 24 hours, and the dashboard tells you if anything is held for a check.
